  Bought the beds through eBay, Doesn't match the listing advertised, BEWARE NOT A MATTRESS IT IS A MEMORY FOAM TOPPER. If you buy the Bed and Mattress deal, eBay don't help with trying to get your money back. Open a case against them, here nothing all the way to when eBay can legally step in and then they accept the return. Despicable people, not professional at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would

  Quite simply, the most awful customer service I have ever encountered. Damaged goods, missing parts, lots of apologies but still no completed order. Delivery keeps moving days, usually with less than 24 hours notice, every excuse you can think of and then a few more besides and I'm still waiting. NEVER AGAIN - AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
